Returns must be requested in advance by contacting our support team via email. A return can only be processed after confirmation has been provided. Items sent without prior approval and instructions cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is based on personal preference, such as incorrect size, ordering errors, or change of mind, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

- include all accessories and documentation

Refund Processing

After approval, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to an additional 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
